Ônibus do Hospital do Câncer realiza mais de 300 atendimentos em Diamantino

O município de Diamantino-MT (localizado a 180km de Cuiabá) é a primeira cidade de Mato Grosso a receber os serviços itinerantes do ônibus do Hospital do Câncer. A campanha de prevenção ocorreu nesta terça-feira (07.03) em frente ao Laboratório Municipal e atendeu cerca de 350 pacientes nas seguintes especialidades: dermatologista, urologista, cirurgião de mama, bucomaxilofacial, mamografia e papanicolau (CCO).

A ação do HCanMT, que tem como parceiro a Estância Bahia e o Sicredi, tem o objetivo de proporcionar a prevenção e tratamento dos pacientes diagnosticados com câncer.

De acordo com a Secretaria Municipal de Saúde, os pacientes atendidos na ação foram encaminhados pela pelas Unidades de Saúde da Família de cada bairro conforme os critérios exigidos pelo projeto do Hospital do Câncer.

A coordenadora de leilões e eventos do HCanMT, Elenice Mansor, explicou sobre os exames e consultas realizados pelas equipes durante a ação e comentou sobre a qualidade estrutural da unidade móvel de saúde para melhor atendimento dos pacientes.

“Estamos em 15 profissionais: Médicos, técnicos e assistente social, atendendo em 5 especialidades: Mama, pele, próstata, o CCO e o bucomaxilo. Dentro do ônibus temos o consultório odontológico, ginecológico, o aparelho de mamografia e o laboratório que faz o PSA”, pontuou.

Ainda segundo a coordenadora, na urologia foram realizados exames de sangue e de toque com emissão do resultado após 15 minutos, sendo que na mamografia a imagem foi encaminhada na hora e o paciente já saiu com o laudo. Dependendo dos resultados dos exames, o paciente será encaminhado para o HCanMT.

Elenice Mansor destacou que a vinda do ônibus ao município foi “um esforço conjunto” e agradeceu o bom acolhimento que a equipe recebeu em Diamantino.  

“Hoje é um dia em que podemos salvar muitas vidas. Quero agradecer a Associação de Voluntários Amigos de Diamantino (AVAD) por sempre serem parceiros do hospital, assim como o ministro Gilmar Mendes que sempre nos ajuda muito. Agradeço também a Prefeitura e a Secretaria de Saúde por todo apoio, suporte e acolhimento para o êxito dessa ação.”

A coordenadora de Atenção Especializada da Secretaria de Saúde Diamantino, Pamela Neri Costa, ressaltou o trabalho de contrapartida que a pasta realizou para o recebimento do ônibus no município.

“Temos uma equipe de saúde do município atuando juntamente com os médicos do HCanMT, como odontólogo, biomédico e técnicos à disposição para contribuir com a ação. A secretaria também forneceu materiais para uso durante os exames e consultas, além de alimentação e hospedagem para a equipe do hospital. É um trabalho em conjunto para atender a população.”, pontuou. 

Bethânia Marinho, presidente da Associação de Voluntário Amigos de Diamantino (AVAD), destacou o trabalho que vem sendo desenvolvido, em parceria com o HCanMT, no apoio e suporte de pessoas em tratamento contra o câncer.

“Nossos eventos de arrecadação chegam a mais de mil e duzentos participantes. O valor levantado é repassado ao hospital. Além de doações enviadas por empresários e parceiros. Essa conquista em trazer esse atendimento para Diamantino não é somente nossa, mas sim de toda sociedade. A AVAD é um projeto sonhado com muito carinho e que está sendo realizado da melhor forma possível”, expressou.

Conceição Mendes, diamantinense voluntária nas ações de prevenção e combate ao câncer no estado de Mato Grosso, comentou sobre Diamantino ser contemplado com a vinda do ônibus.

“Acompanho o trabalho da AVAD junto ao Hospital do Câncer há muitos anos. Realizaram campanhas de recolhimento de alimentos diversas vezes, infelizmente devido a pandemia essas ações foram reduzidas. Mesmo com essa adversidade, eles não deixaram de tentar ajudar o hospital. Então também trabalhei para ajudar e no ano passado acabamos conseguindo receber uma boa doação e hoje o hospital veio para Diamantino”, falou.

Jonas Francisco de Araújo, aposentado, esteve presente na ação para a realização do exame de PSA e reforçou a importância do homem superar os estigmas e cuidar da saúde.

“A equipe da Secretaria Municipal de Saúde ligou para informar sobre a vinda do ônibus e eu confirmei a consulta. Não é minha primeira vez fazendo o exame, saúde é o mais importante, quando temos saúde temos tudo o que precisamos”, frisou.

Regiane A. Costa Bueno, moradora da zona rural do município, avaliou a vinda da unidade para o município e comentou sobre a importância de realizar os exames de prevenção.

“Ações como essa são de extrema importância. Hoje pude observar que temos aqui uma grande equipe e uma boa quantidade de especialidades ofertadas. Temos que nos prevenir e as pessoas precisam ter o hábito de se cuidar. Moro na fazenda e assim que vi a notícia procurei vir me consultar”, destacou.

Prefeitura de Diamantino entrega kits maternidade a gestantes atendidas pelo programa Mamães em Construção

A Prefeitura de Diamantino, por meio da Secretaria Municipal de Assistência Social, Trabalho e Cidadania, realizou, nos dias 27 e 28 de maio, a entrega de kits maternidade para 15 gestantes participantes do programa municipal “Mamães em Construção”.

Na terça-feira (27.05), foram entregues 9 kits no Centro de Referência de Assistência Social (CRAS), contemplando gestantes com mais de 28 semanas de gestação. A ação teve continuidade na quarta-feira (28.05), com a entrega de mais 6 kits no auditório da Secretaria Municipal de Educação (SEMED), beneficiando gestantes de diferentes bairros do município.

A iniciativa tem como objetivo oferecer apoio às futuras mães, contribuindo com itens essenciais para os primeiros cuidados com o bebê e fortalecendo o acompanhamento realizado durante o período gestacional.

A secretária municipal de Assistência Social, Trabalho e Cidadania, Jaqueline Mendes, ressaltou que a ação faz parte das iniciativas voltadas ao acompanhamento das gestantes no município, com foco no apoio durante a gestação e na preparação para a chegada do bebê.

“Essa é uma iniciativa que busca apoiar as futuras mães nesse momento tão importante, garantindo orientação e também o acesso a itens que contribuem para os primeiros cuidados com o bebê. A Secretaria segue comprometida em desenvolver ações que atendam às gestantes de forma acolhedora e responsável.”

A gestante Gabriely Ferreira Almeida, que participou da ação, destacou a importância do acompanhamento e do recebimento do kit.

“Foi uma gravidez que me pegou de surpresa e, no começo, foi um período difícil, principalmente por ser diferente das anteriores. Com o tempo, fui me adaptando e hoje vejo meu bebê como um grande presente. O kit vai ajudar muito nos primeiros dias, porque vem com itens essenciais e demonstra o cuidado que tiveram em nos atender. Fiquei muito feliz com o apoio e com tudo que recebi.”

Segundo a Secretaria, o programa Mamães em Construção integra as ações voltadas ao acompanhamento das gestantes no município, promovendo orientação, cuidado e apoio durante a gestação.
